Too bad they do not also for the iPhone 6, as he now has a much larger and would be very useful to have it on the device screen.
I hope you will encourage and make it compatible.
The fifth star when it is available for iPhone 6.
This note over 2 years ago from that comment the first time. Very good intentions but do not put. ]

Really well done app ★★★★★
by Newsie 056 (United States) – Version 3.0.2 – 13 June 2016
Update: Awesome update, this app is 5 star all the way. Great innovative app made even better with the recent update.
It is a great app. There is no other calendar app I’ve found where you can add symbols to days just by tapping, very useful. Best way to visually view my whole year of work and vacation scheduling at a glance.
Would love to have an iPhone version, even if it only displayed 3 or 6 months at a time.

Good but legends don’t print anymore :( ★★★★★ [ VT: The legend can still be printed – from the gear icon at the top-right of the export dialog. ]
by Agent619 (United States) – Version 3.0.2 – 13 June 2016
The new look is a lot more functional since there is now a button you can press to bring up the mark up menus. They also combined most of the pop ups to just be within swipe range instead of opening a lot of different Windows.
The best feature, is how the new mark ups that have been added allow you to multi mark a date without having to worry about cancelling out other marks. The old version basically had 3 zones you could mark. Text, background and stamp. Now there are lots of marks that can overlap without interfering with each other. Like upper stamp, lower stamp, middle stamp, right stamp etc…
My favorite addition is probably an underrated one. It’s the ability to “convert all” marks into another Mark. I used to get stuck having to recreate a mark-up so that they don’t overlap and cancel each other out. Not only is there a variety of new mark-up “zones”, but there is now the bail out ability to convert all Mark-up’s into a different Mark-up all together.
The new background features are really nice. They look really clean and professional. The blur effects and tile effects add some variety to the pictures you may want in the background. Notes are very handy. VERY handy indeed :)
Old Review:
Converts calendars into PDFs or emails. Also neatly arranges it so that its printer friendly. Prints in landscape or vertical depending on what you were in when you selected print.
Very organized work. Legends section to name every color, scribble, and highlight you ever had. Easily visible. Daily notes at the click of the day. Notes are printable as well. Calculates exactly how many, specific highlights or mark ups, you have. You able to view a list of only those mark ups if you like.
Great for people who like to use symbols and colors. Tons of selection and variety p. Emojis are supported. Shareable friendly with other apps. Calendars are free! Full featured. There’s an option to donate, which is worth the 99 cents (optional) purchase to create a calendar. You can still create the same calendar free, even if you can’t donate.
Quality work. Prints nice and fully formatted into a big page. Fonts are Changan,e. Backgrounds can be set to whatever picture you want, which is great for goals, since you could set that as your background.
Only thing I’d like to see, if there isn’t one already, is a community forum for this app so that we can all share calendar ideas and techniques. Everyone has their own system of marks and highlights and we could all benefit from helping one another :)

I’m very happy to see this app is still being supported by the developers. It’s my go-to planner for all upcoming events. Well done.

One of my two favorite apps ★★★★★
by MRV Dallas (United States) – Version 3.0.2 – 10 June 2016
This app is great! I don’t rate apps…this is my first. This calendar is outstanding. I have been using it 4 years now. At a glance, I can see my whole year….business appts, personal appts, birthdays, when my son will be home from college, etc. It is easy to use and syncs with other calendars. Buy it….you’ll love being this organized.

Year Calendar ★★★★
by Prandialpaul (Australia) – Version 2.3 – 7 June 2016
I wanted a calendar where I could put in my own holiday and special occasion “block” markups and this app not only fits the bill but is amazing in its ease of use, particularly as it syncs with the Contact app. Holidays, appointments and birthdays; all laid out over 12 months. A clear, useful, visual presentation of the year(s) ahead. I await a Mac computer version so I can synch with my iPad. The latest upgrade is excellent. I also await an iPhone version to sync with my iPad.

Cant close the toolbox ★
by Tedbilmer (Malaysia) – Version 2.3 – 12 April 2016
The floating tool cant be close. I tried many things such double tap the title bar, swipe it with 1 finger then with 2 finger. Nothing happen. I then close the app then reopen it. It’s still there. The help file does not help either. So I give ONE star for this app.
[ VT: Please tap and hold anywhere other than the toolbox to hide it (same as to show the toolbox), or use the markup button in 3.0 to show/hide the toolbox. ]

by Paul Preston (United Kingdom) – Version 2.3 – 19 March 2016
This an excellent little app – straightforward and easy to use. I just wanted an at-a-glance year planner and this gives me just that and more. Plenty of scope to customise each calendar as you want.

Japan public holiday … ★★★★
by 森の樹 (Japan) – Version 2.3 – 5 March 2016
Japanese holidays to be referred to, is a very welcome and us to correspond to the date of the transfer holiday and mountain. This is not in the application of the problem, but hey where do I say.
Otherwise, I like it very much. It is also compatible with a horizontal screen, by day. You can also mark or change the color. It also changed the background.
Because it will be saved as often work to confirm the date and day of the week for quite a long period of time.
So you read also plans of iCal in bonus, I think that good. ]

It does what it tries to do ★★★★
by Handy_Works (United States) – Version 2.3 – 6 February 2016
I use this for long range calendaring and like it. It seems unique and I like how it works. The few things I find awkward are minor and due to me forgetting. I can’t think of a program that works this way and enjoy the creative results. It’s really cool to have this. However, I really need to view the calendars on my iPhone when I don’t have my iPad around. I’ll give it 5 stars when I find that feature.

Annual Planner for the 21st Century ★★★★★
by Landshark2007 (United Kingdom) – Version 2.3 – 29 January 2016
This is one of those apps that is so simple it is genius. I needed an annual planner that I could use to mark up holiday periods, term times and work schedules in a planner format. This is what this does, and it does it very well. My only request would be for the ability to overlay multiple calendars so you can see how dates interact.

Super App. ★★★★★

It’s visual ★★★★★
by teethofthelamb (United States) – Version 2.3 – 28 December 2015
For my needs this calendar is perfect it has a very nice view of the year which I can put legends on and expand to write notes, reports are able to be emailed or printed, I do wish it was still being developed with more features but just like it is I have not found any as visually appealing for my use.

Calendar fanatic …. ★★★★★
by mtendo (United States) – Version 2.3 – 29 November 2015
I have to plan things six months in advance and this is one way to do it with style.
I have found this to be on of the best on-line apps available.

The best year calendar app I ever used ★★★★★
by Osaimias (Saudi Arabia) – Version 2.3 – 15 May 2015

Perfect for high level view ★★★★★
by PragueExpat (United States) – Version 2.3 – 22 April 2015
Great for at a glance reference for holidays, vacation days, travel days, etc. I’ve used this for 3 years and I love it!

Good App ★★★★★
by AxeKracker (United States) – Version 2.3 – 20 February 2015
Works for a lot of different things. I like it a lot.

by Thistler3 (United States) – Version 2.3 – 19 February 2015
I live outside the U.S. and I need to plan my return trips, my U.S. family’s events, my Costa Rican events, my obligations vs my social events…! I NEEDED this app to see color coded days in YEAR view. This app lets me plan the year and see it all in clear, color coded simplicity. For me this is fantastic!

Meh – less flexibility than marking up a pdf ★★
by Stéph33 (United Kingdom) – Version 2.3 – 17 February 2015
From my point of view, I can do better by importing a free year planner pdf from the internet and then marking it up in PDF Expert. With the pdf, I get a better layout, with a grid view (one month per line) giving more space for annotations on each day, I don’t get a limit to the number of colour coded marks I can draw on a date and I can still swipe between PDF Expert and my calendar to see all the events already booked into each date.
I was really hoping that this app had a few more practical features, such as:
• ability to automatically create a new multi-day appointment directly from a markup
• show all-day appointments in the year planner, as with Outlook’s month view at minimum detail.
• a side-bar for a wish-list of activities (eg visits to friends, outings, etc), which I could then drag onto free weekends
Oh well, £4 wasted. Back to my pdf year planner.

Good app! ★★★★★
by Morgan :) :) :) (United States) – Version 2.3 – 4 February 2015
This app scratches my itch. I don’t know why other calendars don’t provide such functionality, but they don’t! Great way to organize shifts and events that are dependent on each other.

Needs sharing ★★★★
by Want to preach (United Kingdom) – Version 2.3 – 23 January 2015
The app does what is says, easy to use but needs the functionality to be able to share with others.

Great app to organise your year ★★★★★
by Kaasd42 (Belgium) – Version 2.3 – 13 January 2015
After looking at several similar apps, without doubt this one is the best of its kind

Misleading ★

Useless!! ★
by ian_pr1 (United Kingdom) – Version 2.3 – 7 December 2014
I wanted to add comments for a week every month but it wouldn’t allow me to. Waste of money.
[ VT: Sorry, adding weekly comments is not listed in the app description. The app does daily notes. ]

Great app ★★★★★
by Tivertondweller (United Kingdom) – Version 2.3 – 29 November 2014
This app is clear and easy to use. I can tell at a glance what I’m doing for the whole year. It can also be emailed so my husband also knows what I’m doing for a whole year.
The only downside is that I can’t use it on my iPhone.
