Very easy to use. You choose from a selection of different coloured fonts, backgrounds and squiggles how you wish to mark a particular day. It also pops up with the normal options of time and note. The best thing is that the squiggles, fonts or backgrounds you have used can be accessed and named. You double tap on the small screen that has the fonts etc and it spins round. It then displays all the highlights you have used. So on mine where I use a blue font for work events and a yellow squiggle for social do’s etc – I can then name all these and so a list corresponding to everything you have used takes out any guesswork as to what your highlights are. I love this ap! My husband bought me an iPad so I can keep all my calendars in one place. I’ve tried several apps like this one (I’m a shift worker) and I cannot stress how easy to use this one is. It’s a revelation!
The one thing I would love to have is cloud based syncing (like to Drop Box). Other than that, this is without question the best in it’s field.
One of my top 5 apps ever and one I recommend to all my friends.

This is falsely advertised product. It promises more that it can deliver. It is expensive given its limited capacities and formats (no week or month displays). Many FREE calendars are performing better. I wonder, for example, why would a product like this have no Holidays for Israel? I am not going to use it, which I decided within 3 minutes of my purchase. I wished I was given a refund for this substandard app.
[ VT: We have always described the app as a year calendar and did not claim that it had a week or month view. A list of countries supported for holidays is also provided. Additional countries are added based on the number of user requests. Jewish holidays are especially difficult to add as they are based on an entirely different calendar system, but we have now implemented a Jewish calendar into the app to support Isreal holidays in the upcoming v2.2 update. ]

This app is great! I don’t rate apps…this is my first. This calendar is outstanding. I have been using it about 6 months now. At a glance, I can see my whole year….business appts, personal appts, birthdays, when my son will be home from college, etc. It is easy to use and syncs with other calendars. I am extremely happy that the recurring event works well and the ability to identify specific dates. There are a couple of minor items I would like to see enhanced but this calendar now makes it so I can actually do what I need to on my IPAD.

Love the multiple calendars! If you need this sort of thing, nothing else will do.
I would suggest making the app $2 or $3 and continue to charge for multiple calendars.
Or have a free version (without exporting, printing, etc.) so people can see how awesome it is because if the need it they WILL by it.
