Frequently Asked Questions
Q: | How do I transfer my subscription to a new device? |
A: | Subscriptions are associated with your iTunes/App Store account. As long as you are signed in to the same iTunes account on the new device, you should be able to continue using the app automatically. In case that doesn't work, there is also a refresh icon at the top-right of the subscription purchase screen, which will confirm your iTunes account and reload the subscription status from the App Store. |
Q: | How do I sync a year calendar between devices? |
A: | Please use iCloud Sync to synchronize markup, notes, and other settings between devices.
First, sign into iCloud on both devices in the Settings app — use the same iCloud account on both devices and make sure iCloud Drive is turned on and permitted for the app as well.
Next, on the device which has the calendar you would like to sync, open the app, tap on
at the top-left of the screen, press Edit, tap on the calendar, turn on iCloud Sync, and hit Done — you should see the calendar move from Local to iCloud.
Lastly, launch the app on the other device, tap on and select the calendar from iCloud. Now, any changes made to this calendar on either device will automatically sync to the other. To sync events and birthdays, please configure both devices to sync Calendars and Contacts with the same online account in the Settings app, under Passwords & Accounts. For most users, this is the same account as the email account, but you can also use a separate account such as iCloud Calendar or Google Calendar, or sync directly with your computer via iTunes.
